The Byldr Ecosystem
In the age of AI, the cost and time commitment to produce useful software is rapidly going to 0. But it's incredibly productive.
In recent weeks, I've experienced moments where I sit down with an idea, and within two hours or less, I create an entire SaaS product, push it into a production-like state, and marvel at my creation. I often feel this could be a massive opportunity to sell a SaaS product. However, I also wonder if it was so easy for me, it might be equally easy for others, potentially reducing the barrier to entry to almost nothing. Is this truly a significant opportunity, or am I being too skeptical?
I've owned the domain name byldr.xyz for some time, and I've enjoyed creating projects, launching them, assigning subdomains, and utilizing tools like Clerk for authorization, Vercel for deployment, and Convex for back-end operations. This approach has allowed me to quickly bring significant projects to life. Moreover, I've been able to teach friends—who aren't software developers and previously lacked interest or experience in this area—how to do the same. It's astonishing because it feels like every idea can now be realized. However, this also makes predicting the future more challenging. As we move toward greater abundance, I find myself grappling with the uncertainty it brings.
